1. Our products

Taza Daily makes fresh-blended whole-food drinks. Products are made fresh and intended for same-day consumption; keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours unless stated otherwise.

2. Health & allergens

Our drinks are food, not medical or nutritional advice, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Products may contain or be made near nuts, dairy-derived protein, oats and other allergens. If you have allergies or medical conditions, check ingredients and consult a professional before consuming.

3. Orders, pricing & payment

Prices are shown at the time of order and may change. We may refuse or cancel orders (e.g., errors, unavailability). Payment is via the methods we offer (e.g., InstaPay, wallet, cash on delivery).

4. Delivery

We deliver to listed areas within stated windows. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

5. Refunds

As products are perishable and made fresh, refunds/replacements are handled case-by-case for quality issues — contact us promptly with details.

6. Intellectual property

The Taza Daily name, logo, content and images are our property and may not be used without permission.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or site.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
